Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLPI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,032 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP6, HELLS, and CHST6. Each is linked with SLPI in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLPI-to-partner and partner-to-SLPI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLPI versus IGFBP6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
