SLITRK5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLITRK5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,081 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP2, PAICS, and EME1. Each is linked with SLITRK5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK5-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PARP2 grouped by SLITRK5-low versus SLITRK5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
