SLITRK5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLITRK5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, PCNA, and eIF4E. Each is linked with SLITRK5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK5-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by SLITRK5-low versus SLITRK5-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
