SLITRK5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLITRK5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,338 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMCL1, PXMP2, and GDPGP1. Each is linked with SLITRK5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK5-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMCL1 grouped by SLITRK5-low versus SLITRK5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
