SLITRK4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLITRK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,080 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLIT2, EDIL3, and NAP1L3. Each is linked with SLITRK4 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK4-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLITRK4 versus SLIT2 in STAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
