SLITRK4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLITRK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,362 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN2, SFRP2, and CCDC80. Each is linked with SLITRK4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK4-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLITRK4 versus TLN2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
