SLITRK4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLITRK4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,820 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-141P, LHX6, and CSF3R. Each is linked with SLITRK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK4-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLITRK4 versus RNU7-141P in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
