SLITRK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLITRK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,014 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENTPD8, MIR5089, and MAPKAPK5. Each is linked with SLITRK4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK4-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENTPD8 grouped by SLITRK4-low versus SLITRK4-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
