SLITRK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLITRK4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Src_pY527, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with SLITRK4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK4-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by SLITRK4-low versus SLITRK4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
