SLITRK4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLITRK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,780 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC4L, LDOC1, and NAP1L3. Each is linked with SLITRK4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK4-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLITRK4 versus PABPC4L in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
