The most reproducible SLITRK4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyruvate transmembrane transport, Immunological synapse formation, and Regulation of excretion. Each is linked with SLITRK4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK4-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK4 results are reported.
