Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLITRK2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLITRK2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher SLITRK2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLITRK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRP, BRCA, and OV are the cancer types where SLITRK2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
