SLITRK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLITRK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,065 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RABAC1, TIMM8B, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with SLITRK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK2-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
