SLITRK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLITRK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,427 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPECC1L, SNRPD3, and MAPK1. Each is linked with SLITRK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK2-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
