SLITRK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLITRK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A12, LYZL4, and GIMD1. Each is linked with SLITRK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK2-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
