SLITRK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLITRK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,181 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NEK9_T795, PCSK1N, and EPB41L3. Each is linked with SLITRK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK1-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLITRK1 versus NEK9_T795 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
