SLITRK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLITRK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,279 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNU13, POLR2F, and SOX10. Each is linked with SLITRK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK1-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLITRK1 versus SNU13 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
