SLITRK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLITRK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,306 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLITRK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGCC, RAI2, and CDKN3. Each is linked with SLITRK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLITRK1-to-partner and partner-to-SLITRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RGCC grouped by SLITRK1-low versus SLITRK1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLITRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLITRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
