SLIT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLIT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,707 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLIT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTGIS, FGF7, and SLIT3-AS1. Each is linked with SLIT3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIT3-to-partner and partner-to-SLIT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLIT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLIT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
