SLIT3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLIT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,596 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLIT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL5A1, PMP22, and COL6A2. Each is linked with SLIT3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIT3-to-partner and partner-to-SLIT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLIT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLIT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
