Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLIT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,970 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLIT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Apoptotic process involved in luteolysis, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal. Each is linked with SLIT3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIT3-to-partner and partner-to-SLIT3 results are reported.
