Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLIT3-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SLIT3-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SLIT3-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLIT3-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and BLCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, READ, and ESCA are the cancer types where SLIT3-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
