SLIT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLIT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,202 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLIT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, SEPTIN2, and SEPTIN7. Each is linked with SLIT2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIT2-to-partner and partner-to-SLIT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLIT2 versus PRKG1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLIT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLIT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
