Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLIT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,032 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLIT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTGIS, JAM3, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with SLIT2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIT2-to-partner and partner-to-SLIT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLIT2 versus PTGIS in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLIT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLIT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
