SLIT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLIT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLIT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Cyclin-B1, and Ku80. Each is linked with SLIT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIT2-to-partner and partner-to-SLIT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by SLIT2-low versus SLIT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLIT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLIT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
