Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLIT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,024 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLIT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of lamellipodium assembly, Regulation of retinal ganglion cell axon guidance, and Apoptotic process involved in luteolysis. Each is linked with SLIT2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIT2-to-partner and partner-to-SLIT2 results are reported.
