SLIT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLIT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 503 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLIT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DTWD1, LRFN2, and KLHL40. Each is linked with SLIT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIT2-to-partner and partner-to-SLIT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DTWD1 grouped by SLIT2-low versus SLIT2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLIT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLIT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
