Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLIT2-IT1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SLIT2-IT1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SLIT2-IT1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLIT2-IT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and THCA show a favorable association.

ACC, UCS, and UCEC are the cancer types where SLIT2-IT1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
