SLIT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLIT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,667 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLIT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC16A_S1305, MVP, and MYEF2_S17. Each is linked with SLIT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIT1-to-partner and partner-to-SLIT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
