Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLIT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,390 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXL16, NDUFA10, and FAM171A2. Each is linked with SLIT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIT1-to-partner and partner-to-SLIT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
