Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLIT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Cyclin-B1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with SLIT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLIT1-to-partner and partner-to-SLIT1 results are reported.
