SLFNL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLFNL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,897 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLFNL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO1, MSH6, and SF3B3. Each is linked with SLFNL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLFNL1-to-partner and partner-to-SLFNL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLFNL1 versus XPO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLFNL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLFNL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
