Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLFNL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,337 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLFNL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule nucleation, RISC complex assembly, and Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with SLFNL1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLFNL1-to-partner and partner-to-SLFNL1 results are reported.
