Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLFN14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,348 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLFN14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1G, ARHGAP25, and IL16. Each is linked with SLFN14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLFN14-to-partner and partner-to-SLFN14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLFN14 versus MYO1G in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLFN14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLFN14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
