Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLFN14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLFN14-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, FASN, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with SLFN14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLFN14-to-partner and partner-to-SLFN14 results are reported.
