SLFN13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLFN13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,953 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLFN13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLFN13_S170, SLFN11, and ARHGAP4. Each is linked with SLFN13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLFN13-to-partner and partner-to-SLFN13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLFN13 versus SLFN13_S170 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLFN13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLFN13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
