SLFN13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLFN13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLFN13-associated genes across cancer lineages are p70-S6K, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and cIAP. Each is linked with SLFN13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLFN13-to-partner and partner-to-SLFN13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p70-S6K grouped by SLFN13-low versus SLFN13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLFN13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLFN13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
