SLFN12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLFN12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,739 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLFN12-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLFN13, SLFN11, and UBA7. Each is linked with SLFN12 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLFN12-to-partner and partner-to-SLFN12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLFN12 versus SLFN13 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLFN12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLFN12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
