Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLFN12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,774 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLFN12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular protein transport, Membrane assembly, and Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination. Each is linked with SLFN12 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLFN12-to-partner and partner-to-SLFN12 results are reported.
