Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SLF1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SLF1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SLF1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.

ACC, THYM, and HNSC are the cancer types where SLF1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
