SLCO4A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLCO4A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,063 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLCO4A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5, OAS3, and KBTBD7. Each is linked with SLCO4A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLCO4A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLCO4A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLCO4A1 versus C5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLCO4A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLCO4A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
