SLCO4A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLCO4A1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLCO4A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Annexin_VII, and eIF4E. Each is linked with SLCO4A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLCO4A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLCO4A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by SLCO4A1-low versus SLCO4A1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLCO4A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLCO4A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
