Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLCO4A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,454 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLCO4A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Prostaglandin transport, Sodium-independent organic anion transport, and Icosanoid transport. Each is linked with SLCO4A1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLCO4A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLCO4A1 results are reported.
