SLCO2A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLCO2A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,019 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLCO2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C3orf36, SELP, and EMCN. Each is linked with SLCO2A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLCO2A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLCO2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLCO2A1 versus C3orf36 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLCO2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLCO2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
