SLCO2A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLCO2A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,509 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLCO2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBBP4, CEP76, and LINC01396. Each is linked with SLCO2A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLCO2A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLCO2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBBP4 grouped by SLCO2A1-low versus SLCO2A1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLCO2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLCO2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
