Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLCO2A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,995 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLCO2A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral process, Positive regulation of stress fiber assembly, and Protein stabilization. Each is linked with SLCO2A1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLCO2A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLCO2A1 results are reported.
