Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLCO2A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLCO2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRISP1, PRAMEF15, and KRTAP13-1. Each is linked with SLCO2A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLCO2A1-to-partner and partner-to-SLCO2A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRISP1 grouped by SLCO2A1-low versus SLCO2A1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLCO2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLCO2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
