The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher SLCO1C1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SLCO1C1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, ACC, and READ are the cancer types where SLCO1C1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
