Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SLCO1C1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,448 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SLCO1C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RANBP9, PSMC1, and MYBL2. Each is linked with SLCO1C1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLCO1C1-to-partner and partner-to-SLCO1C1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SLCO1C1 versus RANBP9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SLCO1C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SLCO1C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
