Across TCGA cell cohorts, SLCO1C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 523 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SLCO1C1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, U2-type prespliceosome assembly, and Positive regulation of lymphocyte apoptotic process. Each is linked with SLCO1C1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SLCO1C1-to-partner and partner-to-SLCO1C1 results are reported.
